About

The Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) at the Indonesian International Islamic University, hereinafter referred to as JDIH UIII, is a platform for the shared utilization of legal documents related to education, research, and community service at UIII in an orderly, integrated, and sustainable manner — ensuring completeness, accessibility, speed, and accuracy.

JDIH UIII is a system established to carry out part of the main duties and functions of the University Secretary through the Directorate of Organization, Personnel, and Legal Affairs of UIII in documenting and disseminating regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), decrees, and other legal products, particularly those related to the mandates entrusted to UIII.

  • Peraturan Presiden Nomor 33 Tahun 2012 tentang Jaringan Dokumentasi Dan Informasi Hukum Nasional.
  • Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pengelolaan Dokumen dan Informasi Hukum.
  • Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 tentang Statuta Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia.
  • Peraturan Presiden Nomor 57 Tahun 2016 tentang Pendirian Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia.

Purpose and Objectives

  • To ensure the creation of an integrated and coordinated management system for legal documentation and information in the fields of education, research, and community service within the Indonesian International Islamic University.
  • To guarantee the availability of comprehensive and accurate legal documentation and information in the fields of education, research, and community service that can be accessed quickly and easily.
  • To provide easy access for university leaders, lecturers, education personnel, the academic community, and the general public to obtain information on regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), decrees, and other legal products.
